copyright and legal links.
Distinct from the legal row inside <XAFSiteFooter>: that one is the site's own
FTC affiliate disclosure and privacy links, resolved from xAffiliate.legal. This
one identifies the company behind the network. A site can render both, either, or neither.
Defaults to X Enterprises; pass props to white-label it.
